GreenCAPE Wins Award from Toxics Action Center
On March 3rd, Toxics Action Center hosted an Awards Ceremony as part of the 25th annual Citizens’ Conference. The conference, Environmental Action 2012, was held at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. More information on the conference is available here: www.MAEnvironmentalAction.org.
The two keynote speakers, Lois Gibbs and Jan Schlichtmann, helped give out the awards.
On March 15, at the Barnstable Town Council meeting, Senator Dan Wolf presented GreenCAPE with an award recognizing its work toward the goal of a sustainable Cape Cod.
